The puppet theater department of Het Monsterverbond used our mannequins as the basis for the new exhibition ‘Hij of ik’ (Him or me) in the National Militair Museum. A bitter battle was fought for the liberation of Europe 75 years ago. With the exhibition ‘Hij of ik’ the NMM is focusing on this battle in 2020. Through the eyes of Léo, a Canadian, and Hans, a German, you experience the liberation of the Netherlands in the exhibition from a personal perspective.
The National Military Museum is situated on the former air base at Soesterberg. It combines the collections of the former Military Aviation Museum in Soesterberg and Army Museum in Delft. There are numerous pieces on display, including tanks, planes, armoured vehicles and helicopters.
