3D printing of mannequins and display components

Do you have specific requirements? We can 3D print it for you!

Why digital design and 3D printing?

You may already be familiar with our work and know that we do a lot of manual modelling and mould-making. Sometimes making a mould is too costly, or you may want something special in a small batch, such as hands in a specific position or a complete mannequin in a unique pose. In such cases, 3D printing in small batches is cheaper because it saves on moulding costs (which are necessary for larger productions). Using photographs and the dimensions you provide, we can create a digital design and print it out once you have approved it.

What can we print?

We usually print smaller parts; this could be a pair of hands in a specific position, so that they fit exactly around a tool or weapon. But also, for example, smoked eel on a skewer or a metal pen. N.B. We do not print weapons or parts thereof. We can also print larger objects or the bodies of a mannequin in a specific position for you. We print these in smaller units which we can then seamlessly join together.

What materials can we print in?

We can print in many common printing materials, from plastic to metal.

Acid- and solvent-free

As no solvents are used during printing, the end products are acid- and solvent-free. This prevents damage to delicate clothing.
