All prices are excluding VAT and shipping. During the order process, the VAT and shipping costs will be listed. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. These charges are not included in our price and paid by the buyer.
Prices and stock are with reservation
The prices and stock are subject to typographical errors. Products are available as long as the actual stock. If a product is out of stock, you can choose a similar product or refund your payment. HWW reserves the right at any time without notice products and prices to match.
Exchange & Tax
All prices are in Euro (EUR). Every day we update automatically via Webservicex the exchange rate in British Pounds (GBP) and U.S. Dollars (USD).
In addition to the price of our products is 21% legal VAT. Exempted are:
a. Customers outside the EU
b. Companies within the EU (but outside the Netherlands) with a valid VAT number.
The payment of our goods is via bank transfer, iDeal, Paypal or Credit Card (Credit Card via Paypal). After receipt of payment we will ship the goods as soon as possible.
We ship the ordered goods as soon as possible after receipt of payment. We generally make use of the services of DPD. For destinations outside the EU we search for the correct shipping option depending on the country. On request we send the goods by courier. It is also possible to pick up by appointment goods in Oostwoud . An indication of the delivery time is stated on www.museummannequins.com.
We focus on the business market and apply the following conditions for returning products:
- We offer our products at competitive prices and want to continue to do so. The shipping costs are a relatively large part of the total price. Therefore, we do not accept returns for no other reason than production mistakes.
- We only accept the return of products in case of errors, during our production process. The product will be replaced by us, free of charge by another copy or part. In this case we also pay for the costs for the return shipment.
- In all other cases the sales are final.
- If in doubt, we encourage you to visit our showroom in Oostwoud (NL). Here you can see, measure, judge and feel all the items from our website. You even can buy and carry the product immediately.
- Do you have questions about a product? Then ask for ordering. Should an unforeseen situation arise after ordering, please contact us and we will try to find a solution together.
The packages we send are not insured. Our experience is that 99.9% of the packets sent goods arrive. If desired, we assure the package cost of the buyer. If you decide not to insure, we are not liable for any damage, loss or other discomfort.
a damage to the exterior of the package
If it is clear that goods are damaged on delivery, accept the package under protest and make sure that the delivery person makes a note of. Before you unpack, take photographs of the damage of the outside of the package. If the contents are damaged, we will try to recover damages from the carrier.
b. Damage to the received goods
The package is in good condition, but prove the sent goods to be damaged, please send us an email message directly to email@example.com. Tell us the nature of the damage as soon as possible and add photos. We will contact you about the return and replacement of the damaged product. Please include your name, order number, product name and the specific problem. You must return the product within 14 days after receipt of return instructions. Make sure the product is well packed to prevent further damage.
The goods remain our property until full payment. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions. By accepting the goods supplied by us you accept our terms and conditions. All information necessary to process orders and information requests are stored in our computer.
We are not liable for the suitability of the product for a specific intended use of the purchaser, if not previously discussed. The buyer must examine the goods immediately upon delivery for defects. In case of a justified complaint, we will give the opportunity for repair or replacement. The returned goods may not be used and should in its original condition. By settings during shooting and the settings of your monitor, the colors shown may vary from the actual color. This color difference is no reason to return.
These conditions and any contract to purchase under these Conditions are subject to Dutch law.
